Frustrations

University life is fun and exciting and you get to have the time of your life. but what they don't tell us is the anxiety, the frustration and depression that comes with the gig. We are approaching exams and more people myself included are starting to panic. due to this panic the has been a significant drop in my grade to make matters worse the fear of failure is actually causing me to fail. the actual failure is giving me anxiety that I'm not good enough and coming to the university was the worst decision I had ever made.

 on top of that I have to deal with the knowledge that my parents will be so disappointed if I fail. I would also lose my scholarship if I fail the coming exams. I'm barely getting by as it is but the knowledge that I might not be back next academic year is the wake up call I desperately needed at this point. my priorities need to drastically change, so instead of going out with friends I'm going to go to the library to study and prepare for my exam because failing is not an option.

 when coming to the university i expected it to be like in the movies where I would just have fun and party through the whole week. the entertainment industry has really messed us up. and being in law school is not child's play. I have to spend so much time in the library I think I should just leave my dorm and permanently live there because that's where I always seem to be.

 Is it just me or is university not all that it is perked to be in movies?💁💁💁
